Hi, I'm Nick — an electrical and computer engineer with over 20 years of experience designing embedded systems, leading engineering teams, and helping people get the most out of their technology.
25 years ago, before my professional career, I ran a business helping members in my community troubleshoot their computer issues, set up email and websites, perform data recoveries, and set up WiFi networks. I see now, more than ever, that technology for a lot of us has made simple tasks more complicated, communication confusing, and digital intrusion and theft rates have increased. I started Beacon Tech Help to bring friendly, expert-level Digital Navigation and IT Services directly into homes, community centers, schools and small businesses in the Seattle area.
